All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Coupons, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Domestic U.S. shipping is free via USPS.
International shipping is available for a flat rate. This fee is not padded and may be less than our actual cost.
All items are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 2–3 weeks.
Shipping upgrades affect carrier delivery only and do not shorten production time.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee (to cover time, materials, and labor).
Items received after 30 days will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.
Exchanges are free, but return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility (billed via PayPal).
Order cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase.
Custom or personalized orders are not returnable.

💎 Product Care & Warranty

All jewelry is handmade using high-quality materials.
Natural tarnish, wear, or reactions may occur depending on skin pH and care.
Jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Avoid water, chemicals, and cleaners.
Care instructions are included with every order. Failure to follow guidelines may void warranty coverage.
If you have allergies, please notify us — we may be able to add protective coatings.

Any material, information, or communication you transmit to the Website will be treated as non-confidential.
By submitting content, you grant the Operators a license to use it.
