Will KDS make the same products as shown in the pictures?
All Karnas Design Studio product pictures were taken by Karnas Design Studio, but remember, our prices are based on the basic model of each individual piece. This means some pieces come with charms and beading that were designed to compliment that particular piece. Our motto “Design With Purpose” prevents us from offering variation on these products. While other pieces, usually our more basic designs, are available with several variations which can include, but are not limited to, sizing, color, and charms. Due to varying manufacturer stock it is possible to have slight charm, chain, and beading changes. This is so KDS can still offer this piece although some part of it might have been discontinued. We have designed our site to decrease any chance of confusion, but you can always email us!
Does KDS send receipts?
Your receipt has been sent to the email you used to make your purchase with Karnas Design Studio.
Where do I send my return?
Once Karnas Design Studio has discussed and approved your return it will be mailed directly to us at the following: KDS Studio, PO Box 4020, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229. Your item should be shipped using your preferred method of delivery. If you decide not to insure your item upon shipping back to us, KDS will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
How long has KDS been in business?
Karnas Design Studio has been in business since 2014. We have established a large clientele through different platforms with tens of thousands of online, secure sales.
Do we have a brick and mortar location?
Karnas Design Studio is an e-commerce business only. We do not have a specific location unless a boutique has chosen to offer our jewelry.
Does KDS offer wholesale?
Please contact Kristi at Karnas Design Studio to discuss this directly. We have done wholesale in the past. Although we seem like a big company, we are a small family owned business. It’s just Kristi and Aaron working in the design studio during the day. So, please be patient. We occasionally hire help, however, Kristi is very meticulous and prefers to make all the jewelry herself.
